At HandyArtStudio, we strive to provide high-quality digital products. Since our products are downloadable and intangible, we generally do not offer return or refunds. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are happy to assist under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we may issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical issue.
- You did not receive the download link and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
- The digital file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake.
- You do not have the necessary software or knowledge to use the digital product.
- You claim a refund after downloading the product successfully.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at help@handyartstudio.com within 7 days of purchase. Your request should include:

- The email address used for the purchase
- A detailed description of the issue, including screenshots if applicable
Processing Time
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
